The apartment I rented for a week is Laboratornaya 15 str and not Gorkogo str. I was very surprised at the layout and cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable socket. There was a bonus every ustensible kitchen or another in order to live a week with everything at hand and all in excellent working condition, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer ....... ..... 3 television, telephone, dvd, internet ..................... excellent apartment. In addition, flatlux, a taxi service just pick up the keys to the apartment and takes you back to the airport 24/24.

The central office is located on flatlux Kreschatik str 29, and the manager is not at all welcoming, and not at all commercial. Very difficult to get a simple hello and a smile from a manager. Then it was very difficult to find the apartment Laboratornaya 15 str because the number 15 was not found on this street, which ultimately is the bottom of a small square during a run-down that does not reflect at all clean the apartment. With the taxi we tried for 45 minutes and the No. 15 because the apartment had given me flatlux no precision about the difficulty of finding it. During my order I specified that I wanted an apartment close to the city which is ultimately to 40-minute walk from downtown and not 10 minutes as specified in their ad ..... ........ fortunately there is the metro two steps from the apartment

there were new-fashioned room in the guesthouse with the separate bathroom waiting for me. magnificent setting, so close to different venues downtown and center and alleyway.

Spacious rooms, great location just 400m from the metro station, and reliable WiFi.

The price was a bit high compared to other options, and the noise from the road made it difficult to sleep with the window open.

Rockhard bed and no curtains, internet worked only the last day, and getting the key whas very difficult

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We were impressed at the standard of the interior of the apartment (though the outside & entrance weren't so good), also it had air-con, which was a God-send.

A bit far from the centre - The address shown on Booked.net is actually of the office, not the apartment itself, which is much further away from the centre (though easy to get to on the metro for only 2 uah).

The value for money at Apartments In City Center Area was exceptional. The room was modern, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, and the staff treated us with genuine warmth and helpfulness.

The only improvement I would suggest is to provide a clearer label for the jug of water in the kitchen. It would be helpful to know if it's meant for drinking, boiling in the kettle, or for washing dishes.

Not the apartment I booked. No lights in the dark corridors. For cleaning service you have to call more then one day in front.

The location of the apartments was excellent, right in the city center. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and shops. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the daily cleaning service. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the apartments is excellent, right in the city center and close to a metro stop. It is also easy to reach from Zhuljani airport by taking trolley bus 9. The rooms are clean and well renovated, with good security measures in place.

The process of collecting the keys from a different location of the city can be inconvenient, especially if you have luggage.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, service was very good. Apartment was very clean, it was comfortable.

It would very much help if the exact location of the apartment was communicated before reservation was final (prior to losing the cancellation and refund option)

The apartment was not on Gorkogo Street but on Institutska street 15 minutes from the main street. No wifi. To clean and to change the towels I had to call for myself to the office 1 day in front. No elevator.
